 Joomla User Manager

By default on first install the only account is a super Administrator account.
You can add more accounts clicking the new icon on the upper right hand corner.
You can also Delete or Log-out a user by checking off multiple boxes in the grid and clicking the button.

This same window appears if you where to edit a user account or click on the new icon.
Now the window is made up of three parameters.
